The quotation is valid for the period specified in the quotation only.
Acceptance must be communicated in writing within the specified validity period and in accordance with any Quote Acceptance Instructions specified in the Quote.
Special Conditions are binding and may result in Innologic Pty Ltd invoicing the customer for any differences in price if these are not met.
The prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates and costs are estimates and are subject to change.
Endotherapeutics is not liable for any delays beyond its control.
The quotation is based on the specified scope of work. Any changes or additions may result in adjustments to the quote and quoted price, including supplier price increases or changes in the FX rate.
Either party may cancel the quotation with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for any costs incurred by Innologic Pty Ltd up to the cancellation date.
All information provided in the quotation is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of Innologic Pty Ltd.
These terms and conditions may be amended only in writing and with the mutual consent of both parties.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
